XA	Stateless		XA is added for stateless persons. In 3166-1 alpha-3 XXA is used to represent a stateless person, as defined in Article 1 of the 1954 Convention Relating to the Status of Stateless Persons. In SW alpha-2 is used and the user-assigned code XA is used to represent a stateless person.
